He holds a PhD in Accounting and Financial Management from Henley Business School， University of Reading （UK）， an MSc in Accounting from Durham University （UK）， a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from Beijing Institute of Technology， and a BA in Accounting from Henley Business School， University of Reading （UK）. Since his master’s studies， he has been consistently devoted to academic research on?Environmental， Social， and Governance （ESG）/Corporate Social Responsibility （CSR）?in the field of?Sustainability Accounting. His work has been published in leading academic journals， including?Accounting Forum?（ABS/AJG 3*），?Journal of International Accounting， Auditing and Taxation?（ABS/AJG 3*）， and?Business Strategy and The Environment?（ABS/AJG 3*）. He serves as an?anonymous reviewer?for leading journals such as?Journal of Business Ethics，?The British Accounting Review，?Accounting Forum， and?Business Strategy and The Environment.
